Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or public holidays. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery destinations and estimates

We currently focus on delivery to the United States. Estimated transit time after dispatch is normally 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote destinations, or incorrect address information.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed shipping fees after an order is placed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link is emailed after dispatch. Tracking can take several business days to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and taxes

Import duties, taxes, or local handling charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable law. Any amount collected by us will be shown at checkout. Charges imposed separately by local authorities or carriers are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please contact calvinchenjc@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. For a parcel that is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
