Return and Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email calvinchenjc@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided in our authorization. The registered business office is not automatically the return warehouse.

Return shipping

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover approved return shipping when a return is required. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Used, damaged, altered, punctured, opened hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and items returned without authorization are not eligible. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We will try to cancel before processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
